MIAMI — Brian T. Degnan, an attorney with the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, has been designated as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) by the U.S. Green Building Council. He is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group and the eighth GT attorney to become LEED AP certified.

The LEED Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings.

Degnan, who holds a bachelor of science degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, is based in the firm’s Miami office and focuses his practice on transactional real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing of commercial, industrial and retail properties.
