M. Carol Fox Named President of Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania and Columbia Gas of Maryland
CANONSBURG, Pa. – (PRNewswire) M. Carol Fox has been named president of Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania  (CPA) and Columbia Gas of Maryland  (CMD). The companiesserve approximately 446,000 natural gas customers in 29 counties throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Fox, whose new role takes effect immediately, comes to CPA and CMD after serving in a variety of senior executive positions at NiSource  (NYSE: NI), most recently as senior vice president of Customer Engagement, where she was responsible for all customer-facing functions for NiSource's gas distribution companies in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Ohio and Virginia.

Fox will lead CPA and CMD's seasoned team, including, David Haddad, director of regulatory policy; George Stark, director of external affairs; and Patty Terpin, director of customer program compliance.

Terry Murphy, who previously served as president of CPA/CMD, will help Fox become acclimated to her new position as he transitions into retirement early next year.

Fox holds professional memberships with a number of associations such as the Ohio Gas Association, the Association for Iron and Steel Technology, the American Gas Association and the Women's International Network of Utility Professionals.

Fox will be relocating from the Columbus, Ohio, area to southwestern Pennsylvania with her husband, Ed.
