"Dave brings a unique ability to balance RMT's commitment to clients with the risk management and business discipline we need to be profitable," said Johannsen. "These skills will greatly increase our corporate-level deal structuring ability, helping us to accelerate our growth and continue building shareholder value for RMT's parent company, Alliant Energy."

Kutcher earned his Bachelor of Science from Western Illinois University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar Association in Illinois and Iowa, as well as the Iowa Wind Energy Association.
