COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ulmer & Berne LLP has announced the addition of R. Benjamin Franz to its Environmental Practice Group.
Franz was previously with the Office of the Ohio Attorney General, Environmental Enforcement Section. He represented the State of Ohio and the director of Ohio’s Environmental Protection Agency in civil environmental enforcement actions instituted in Ohio state courts and in all related negotiations and litigation activities, and specialized in air pollution control issues. He received his J.D., cum laude, Order of the Curia, from Capital University Law School.
