HOUSTON — Global Warming Solutions Inc. has announced the appointment of Antonino Adamo to its board of directors. Adamo becomes the European sales manager of Global Warming Solutions.

Adamo has senior management experience in the identification and development of emerging technologies. He was the general manager of the E.S.Co. Italian company in Prato (near Florence) that promotes and develops renewable energy sources in Italy. The company manages and co-ordinates all phases of a Photovoltaic energy project taking place in Europe and is responsible for providing many different types of services.

Adamo became joint head of the GWSO team after he became a shareholder of Global Warming Solutions. Adamo will be responsible for sales and all other business operations in the countries of the European Union.

Global Warming Solutions develops and commercializes technologies that help mitigate global warming and its effect on the planet. The company targets three areas that help reduce the extent of global warming and fight issues that have risen in consequence: clean energy, carbon control and water purification.
