East Timor President Says He Won't Take UN Human Rights Job
DILI East Timor – (AP) East Timor's president says he will not take the top U.N. human rights job because his departure could fuel instability in his young country.
Nobel Peace Prize laureate Jose Ramos-Horta said Friday he will complete his five-year term, which ends in 2012.
