On May 7, 2008, Martindale-Hubbell will hold a Counsel to Counsel Best Practice Forum entitled Facing Regulators at Home and Abroad. Hosted by Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, Clifford Chance US LLP, and Patton Boggs LLP, the session will be held at the Union League Club in Philadelphia at 2:00 p.m. The forum will be co-chaired by Lee Braem, Senior Corporate Counsel & Deputy Compliance Officer–Legal & Insurance Services North America, Evonik Degussa Corporation, and Matthew Tanzer, Vice President & Chief Counsel–Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, Tyco International Inc..
