Thompson Hine Transportation Practice Ranked Nationally Fourth Year In A Row

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The law firm Thompson Hine LLP has been recognized by Chambers USA as a leading firm in Transportation: Rail (for shippers) and Transportation: Road (carriage/commercial) for the fourth year in a row.

The firm’s Transportation practice has been ranked nationally in Chambers since the guide began rating transportation practices on a national level for its 2004 USA guide. Chambers also recognized partners Nick DiMichael and Jeff Moreno as leading lawyers in the field nationally.

Thompson Hine’s Transportation practice provides a broad range of services and handles a variety of matters concerning commercial, regulatory, litigation, legislative and policy issues involving the transportation of goods by rail, truck, vessel, aircraft and pipeline. The group understands both the new regulatory setting and the commercial complexities affecting domestic and international transportation across all modes. The lawyers also counsel clients on matters of homeland security and the transportation of hazardous materials as those issues continue to have an increasing impact on their clients’ businesses.

Chambers USA ranks lawyers according to technical legal ability, professional conduct, customer service, commercial awareness, diligence and commitment, based on interviews with both clients and peers.

Established in 1911, Thompson Hine is a business law firm dedicated to client service. With more than 400 lawyers, Thompson Hine serves premier businesses worldwide from offices in Atlanta; Brussels, Belgium; Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus and Dayton, Ohio; New York; and Washington, D.C.
