CLEVELAND — Gregory J. Phillips, an attorney with Ulmer & Berne LLP, has joined the board of directors for Young Audiences of Northeast Ohio (YANEO).
YANEO is an affiliated professional chapter of Young Audiences Inc., the country’s oldest and largest nonprofit arts-in-education organization dedicated to making the arts essential to the education of all school-aged children. YANEO is the only multi-arts resource for Northeast Ohio schools — pre-school through high school — committed to making learning through the arts a fundamental component of young peoples’ development. Nationally, Young Audiences’ programs reach more than 8 million youth each year.
As an attorney with Ulmer & Berne, Phillips’ practice focuses on complex commercial and product liability litigation. With experience in state and federal jurisdictions across the United States, he has litigated a diverse range of complex cases, including class actions and multidistrict litigation, corporate governance, business torts, antitrust, real estate and breach of contract cases. His background also includes white collar criminal defense and internal investigations of public corporations. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
