Integro CEO Egan resigns

NEW YORK—(Business Insurance) Ltd. Chief Executive Officer Roger E. Egan has resigned, the brokerage confirmed Sept. 11. A spokesman for Integro declined to comment on the reason for Egan’s departure. Egan has been CEO of Integro since 2005, when he and industry veterans Robert Clements and Peter F. Garvey launched the brokerage. Prior to that, he was president and chief operating officer of Marsh Inc., from which he resigned at the end of 2004 amid the firestorm created by former New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer's fraud and bid-rigging suit against the company.
