WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — South Florida law firm Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley P.A. has announced the addition of Brenda S. Fulmer as shareholder. Her practice will primarily focus on pharmaceutical and medical device mass torts litigation on behalf of claimants in state and federal courts.
Fulmer has complex experience with personal injury and mass tort cases, including claims involving tobacco, Vioxx, Bextra, Guidant and Medtronic defibrillators, Sulzer hip and knee implants, Medtronic Sprint Fidelis leads, ProteGen bladder slings, Ortho-Evra, hormone replacement therapy, diet drugs, PPA, Baycol, ReNu and AMO contact lens solutions, Kugel hernia mesh, pain pumps, Mentor and Ethicon vaginal tape, breast implants and Digitek.
Before joining Searcy Denney, Fulmer was shareholder and managing partner in the Tampa firm Alley, Clark, Greiwe & Fulmer and represented thousands of claimants in state and federal courts. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and received her Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from Stetson College of Law.
She is a volunteer with Bay Area Legal Services and Trial Lawyers Care, an organization providing pro bono legal services to victims of 9/11.
