HOUSTON – (Business Wire) Charles Baker, an IP litigator with experience handling issues in the software, internet and media industries, joins Fulbright & Jaworski’s Houston office as a partner from Porter & Hedges LLP, where he served as the firm's IP litigation head for the past four years.

Baker, who has litigated numerous complex IP and commercial matters, counsels clients in IP and antitrust matters and negotiates complex licensing arrangements and related employment matters. He has taken a copyright case to the U.S. Supreme Court, managed large IP cases and supervised teams of more than 10 lawyers. He was also ranked by Chambers USA in 2007 and 2008, and has been dubbed a Texas Super Lawyer. For three years, he has been listed as one of the Best Lawyers in America for IP Litigation.
