Argentina hopes debt payment ups investment
BUENOS AIRES, Argentina – (AP) Government officials on Wednesday praised President Cristina Fernandez's decision to cancel $6US.7 billion dollars in debt, while some economists expressed doubt that the move will encourage international investment.
