Countrywide, BONY reach settlement in bond lawsuit
WILMINGTON, Del. – (AP) Bank of New York Mellon and mortgage lender Countrywide Financial agreed Friday to settle a Delaware Chancery Court lawsuit involving Countrywide bondholders.
