GM board to meet, decide fate of Opel
FRANKFURT – (AP) With the board of General Motors Co. expected to decide Tuesday the fate of the German unit Opel, the Opel employee council agreed to cost-cutting concessions in an effort to ease a sale to auto parts maker Magna.
