7th Circuit Calls For Uniformity In Interpreting International Arbitration Agreements

In a decision handed down late last week, the 7th Circuit extensively discusses the standards for interpreting international arbitration agreements. In ruling that public holidays can't be excluded from a time limit in an international arbitration agreement, the appellate panel voiced the need for uniformity in interpreting such agreements.
