Austria's OMV drops bid for Hungary's MOL
VIENNA Austria – (AP) Austrian oil and gas company OMV AG said Wednesday it has dropped its bid to merge with Hungary's MOL.
OMV said it decided to withdraw the merger notification it filed with the European Commission in January following a June 16 statement of objections from Brussels. Full version (available to lexis.com subscribers)
