War crimes tribunal to appoint lawyer for Karadzic
THE HAGUE, Netherlands – (AP) The U.N. war crimes tribunal ruled Thursday that former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic will be appointed a lawyer to represent him whenever he fails to appear in court.
