TAIPEI, Taiwan – (AP) Computer maker Acer Inc. said Monday that it has settled a yearlong patent infringement battle with rival Hewlett-Packard Co.
Details of the agreement with the American computer maker were "confidential," Acer said in a statement.
Acer, based in Taiwan, said the agreement "resolves all claims asserted in three federal lawsuits . . . .
