Appeals court judge: A duck tour is a duck tour
BOSTON – (AP) A federal appeals judge has overturned a year-old trademark infringement ruling that barred an upstart rival of Boston Duck Tours from using a similar name and cartoon duck logo.
A lower court judge erred when he said the phrase "duck tour" was not generic and the similar logos could cause . . . .
