NY: WCB Vacates $168,000 Judgment Against Former Small Business Owner for Not Offering Mandatory Insurance
SYRACUSE, NY - The New York State Workers' Compensation Board has vacated a $168,000 fine against Bill Davis, whose body shop closed down in 1995, for not offering mandatory insurance.
