OXFORD Miss. – (AP) Zach Scruggs, son of lawyer Richard "Dickie" Scruggs was sentenced July 2 to 14 months in prison for misprision of a felony. Scruggs was sentenced by the same federal judge who sent his father to prison for five years for planning to bribe a Mississippi judge.
