Nick Dazer is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on multi-state first and third party defense of insurers, and representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes. His significant litigation experience includes a wide range of cases involving fraudulent claims, bad faith, first party coverage, reinsurance, construction defect, arson, business interruption, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and complex business litigation. Mr. Dazer has tried a number of jury trials to verdict and has successfully argued in the Oregon Supreme Court. Mr. Dazer's most recent trial victory was a defense verdict for a national trucking company in a multi-million dollar catastrophic personal injury case. Mr. Dazer serves on the firm's hiring committee, the firm’s e-discovery task force, and is the past editor of Bullivant Insurance Coverage News.
