A. John Richter is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and is a member of the Insurance Industry Team. Mr. Richter's practice is concentrated in the fields of corporate, transactional and regulatory insurance law.

Mr. Richter earned his law degree, with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2007. While in law school, he attended the Iowa-Bordeaux Comparative Law program in France and Germany. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, with distinction, in political science from the University of Wisconsin in 2004. Mr. Richter also earned a Certificate in Business from the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Richter volunteers his time in community organizations such as Junior Achievement and the Volunteer Lawyers Project.

Mr. Richter is admitted to practice in Wisconsin.
