DALLAS – (Business Wire) On Wednesday, Novak Druce + Quigg LLP Executive Partner Tracy W. Druce and attorney Suni Sukduang spoke on patent reexaminations during the Texas Lawyer Corporate Counsel Summit in Dallas. In-house attorneys and executives from leading Texas companies attended the presentation that included an overview of the reexamination process, a statistical summary of reexamination filing data, and an analysis of reexamination's impact on litigation.
