McCabe, a director in Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox P.L.L.C.’s Biotechnology/Chemical and Litigation groups, will present on the topic "Understanding The Mechanics of Conducting and Seeking Discovery in Foreign Jurisdictions" at the American Conference Institute's Foreign Patent Law & Regulation conference.
