Widely recognized as one of the leading authorities on workers' compensation law, Salafia is a shareholder of Divine Millimet. He practices in the area of workers' compensation defense, specifically the defense of workplace injuries on behalf of employers in state and federal administrative agencies and courts. Salafia was named one of the best workers' compensation defense lawyers in New Hampshire by New Hampshire Magazine (2002), as well as "top attorney" focused on workers' compensation. He is also a member of the LexisNexis National Workers' Compensation Advisory Board.
