About the Authors

Peter M. Sweeny is a member of the Virginia State Bar and District of Columbia Bar. He is also a member of the LexisNexis National Workers' Compensation Advisory Board. Mr. Sweeny is a past Chairman of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Workers’ Compensation Section and the author of The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Case Finder. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University and earned a B.A. from Georgetown University.
