CourtLink Single Search
CourtLink now offers quick and easy keyword searching of 83 million dockets and documents across both federal and state courts. CourtLink Single Search eliminates the multiple steps of name or case number searching, saving you time and energy. Additionally, when completing a CourtLink Single Search, all of the underlying dockets and online documents can be viewed free of charge – which is a great way to manage costs.

Expanded State Court Coverage
Advanced Search capabilities, Alert and Track functionality, and Strategic Profiles have been added to the District of Columbia Superior Courts, the Lake County Circuit and County Courts (Florida), and the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas ( Ohio ).
On Monday, May 19th, 3 new court systems will be added to CourtLink, and another will be upgraded.
New Courts:
Florida – Supreme Court and District Courts of Appeals: The full court databases will be available for searches, alerts, tracks, and profiles. Appeals cases from 1/2000 will also be available.
South Carolina - 12 Circuit Courts: Full databases will be added to the currently existing Greenville and Richland County databases and will be available for searches, alerts, tracks, and profiles. Civil cases from 1/2000 will also be available.

- Clarendon (30)
- Edgefield (36)
- Georgetown (22)
- Horry (6)
- Jasper (39)

Upgraded Courts:
Missouri - Statewide Circuit Courts: The full court database will be available for searches, alerts, tracks, and profiles. Civil and probate cases from 1/2000 will also be available.
As part of this upgrade, the Missouri Circuit courts will now be referenced by their county name rather than circuit number throughout the product.
CourtLink “My Briefcase” Now you can organize and quickly access dockets that you want to view over and over again. The new “My Briefcase” link in CourtLink allows you to bookmark a docket for future use – just click “Add to My Briefcase” when viewing a docket that you want to save. You can give the docket a title, or organize multiple dockets into customized folders. To access your briefcase, just click on the “My Briefcase” link at the top of any CourtLink page.
