R. Bradbury Clark is one of the most prominent corporate and business lawyers in California. He is of counsel to O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles. His practice areas include Corporations; Nonprofit Corporations; Limited Liability Companies; Partnerships; Project Finance; Public Utilities; and Financial Institutions. Mr. Clark chaired the Real Property Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (1969–70); the Corporations Committee of the California State Bar (1976–77); and the Committee on Revision of the Nonprofit Corporation Law (1980–83); and is a member of the Nonprofit Organizations Committee (1986–present).
