Attorneys Title Agency and Seaver Title Company Merge to Form the Largest Title Services Network in Michigan
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – (PRNewswire) Attorneys Title Agency (ATA) announced today that it has acquired a controlling interest in Bloomfield Hills-based Seaver Title Company.
The transaction, which closed on November 16, combines ATA's advanced technology, financial strength and vertically integrated service model with Seaver Title's outstanding reputation, brand recognition and track record of providing unmatched service in both the retail and commercial title areas. Phil Seaver will continue to serve as president of Seaver Title Company and will retain an equity ownership.

Seaver Title Company will retain its name and continue to operate and expand in Southeast Michigan. With ATA's offices, the combined entity will have 18 offices throughout Michigan and employ more than 400 people.
