Ronald W. Eades

Professor of Law, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville

Professor Eades teaches in the torts and evidence areas. He is the author of numerous works in those same areas. He is, for example, the author of the following LexisNexis publications:

  • Jury Instructions on Automobile Actions
  • Jury Instructions on Damages in Tort Actions

Professor Eades has also been active in the research and development of evidence law. He has served on the Kentucky State Evidence Rules Review Commission. In service on that commission, he has had the opportunity to testify before the Kentucky General Assembly House Judiciary Committee concerning rules of evidence.
