Shawn M. Raiter is a partner at Larson • King, representing both businesses and individuals in litigation and business counseling and disputes. He has tried cases to verdict in state, federal, and administrative courts. Mr. Raiter has recovered tens of millions of dollars for clients involved in various disputes and has defended clients facing significant business and tort claims. He has also served as lead counsel in complex litigation matters and class actions and has been appointed to leadership positions in mass tort multidistrict litigation. For each of the last four years, Mr. Raiter has been voted a "Super Lawyer" by other lawyers in the Minnesota Law & Politics magazine and has been recognized during that time by his peers as a "Rising Star" in the legal profession.

Mr. Raiter received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and his law degree magna cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is admitted to practice law in the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and North Dakota.

Kelly A. Swanson is an Attorney with Larson • King, representing clients in complex litigation cases involving wage and hour, employment, and consumer protection laws, as well as products liability and mass tort. Her practice also involves complex business and insurance coverage litigation. Ms. Swanson earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice from Gustavus Adolphus College and her law degree cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
