About the Authors Philip E. Cook, Jr.Of Counsel
Philip E. Cook, Jr. is of counsel in the Pittsburgh office of Pepper Hamilton LLP, concentrating on state and local tax matters.
Mr. Cook is the co-author of the Guidebook to Pennsylvania Taxes, as well as a contributor to Pennsylvania State Service, published by Matthew Bender. He is chairman of the Tax Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association, director of the Allegheny Tax Society, and is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He is also a part-time faculty member at the Community College of Allegheny County and teaches in the Masters of Science in Taxation Program at Duquesne University.
