Timothy Volpe of Volpe, Bajalia, Wickes, Rogerson & Wachs focuses on insurance and complex commercial litigation. He received his B. A. degree, with high honors, in 1979, and his M.A. and J. D. from the University of Florida in 1982, with honors. He was the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Florida Law Review. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Bar Association. He holds the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is admitted to practice in the U. S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals (Eleventh Circuit). In 2007, Florida Trend magazine named Mr. Volpe as one of Florida's Legal Elite and SuperLawyers magazine placed Mr. Volpe in the top 5% of attorneys in the state.
