About the Authors

Todd D. McFarren is a partner in the California firm Rucka, O'Boyle, Lombardo & McKenna.  His practice is limited to representing injured workers.  Todd received his B.A. and M.A. from Kent State University and his J.D. from the University of San Francisco Law School.  Mr. McFarren is a former president of W.I.L.G., and is the newly elected President of the California Applicants Attorneys Association.  He is a past president and member of WORKERS' INJURY LAW & ADVOCACY GROUP, a member of the Monterey County Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
