SEC v. Koenig, 2009 U.S. App. LEXIS 3725
Securities and Exchange Commission's action against the chief financial officer of a corporation who devised fraudulent accounting strategies was timely filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C.S. § 2462 because it was brought within five years of the officer's misleading accounting practices coming to public attention.
