Former investors' class action breach of contract suit against investment portfolio managers was properly removed from state court pursuant to 15 U.S.C.S. § 78bb(f) because complaint alleged wrongs that took place in connection with purchase or sale of covered securities. Investors alleged managers' employees improperly steered business to broker.
