United States SEC v. Sierra Brokerage Servs., 2009 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 27366
The motion filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for leave to supplement its motion for summary judgment with additional legal authority was granted in a civil enforcement action filed by the SEC against 12 defendants alleging that they violated registration, disclosure and anti-fraud provisions of federal securities law in connection with the public sale of Bluepoint Linux Software Corporation's shares.
