HB Litigation Conference's Emerging Issues in Asbestos Litigation conference is now in progress in Los Angeles.  The three-day conference will cover cutting-edge asbestos litigation issues and feature a keynote address by Erin Brokovich. Don't worry if you can't make it, because  Scott Godes of Dickstein Shapiro is blogging and Twittering about the event while he is there.  Scott himself will be one of several speakers to address "Insurance Coverage Issues for Asbestos Non-Products" on Wednesday.  You can see a complete conference agenda here.
