Seems like its been a busy few days and weeks for judges presiding over asbestos trials.  Heck, for that matter, it seems like its been a busy 2008.

I've mentioned before in this space that the focus of asbestos litigation is turning toward California.  The April 16 issue of the Mealey's Litigation Report: Asbestos, demonstrates that.

I just got my hands on an opinion the Iowa Court of Appeals released today regarding the hot issue of premises owner liability in asbestos cases.  In it, the court affirmed judgment for two premises owners.
