Release 48 of World Trademark Law and Practice includes updates on 17 countries, with substantial updates to trademark law issues in the United Kingdom (including registrability of colors and foreign language marks, and cancellation procedures and mediation) and Mexico (including the registrability of well known marks and infringement actions). Other countries updated in this Release are Poland, Greece, Romania, Venezuela, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Bulgaria. Release 48 will be available in June 2008.
