Texas: New Discount and Interest Rates & State Average Weekly Wage

The state average weekly wage is now $750, an increase from $712. The new $750 state average weekly wage is effective October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009. The new interest and discount rate is 5.22% and will become effective October 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.
