NH: State Agencies Join Forces to Prevent Misclassification of Workers
MANCHESTER, NH - As reported in the Union Leader, four state agencies are coordinating efforts to enforce laws to stop the misclassification of workers by businesses as a way to avoid various payroll taxes and the cost of workers' compensation insurance.
