WV: Lawmakers Debate Workers' Comp Changes at Public Hearing
CHARLESTON, WV - As reported in The Charleston-Gazette, the Legislature's Joint Judiciary Committee held a hearing on Tuesday evening to discuss how an increasing number of injured workers are unable to obtain medical treatment under new state rules created after a 2005 law privatized the state's workers' compensation system.
