Web-based methodology, functionality and analytical training sessions are recorded and stored online—available 24/7. Search by topic. Law-firm users can review archived materials to address specific issues as they arise or gain access to new functionality that they would like to learn.

Immediate attention to questions by customer support consultants

The Help Desk is staffed by Redwood consultants from 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. EST so your client questions regarding analytical content, interpretation of views and reports, and application of Redwood’s Analytic Framework get immediate attention.
