To view the upcoming topics, course descriptions, and register for any sessions:
- Go to rwa.webex.com or copy and paste the link into your browser.
- On the Welcome screen, select Training Center from the top menu bar.
- Select a topic to read a brief description of the course, or click the Register link to sign up! Don’t forget to use the password you received to register.
- Once you register, you will move to a confirmation screen where you can print the confirmation or download the session to your Outlook calendar using the Add to My Calendar button. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation. Be sure to either save the e-mail, or download the appointment to your calendar. You will need the session link and your Registration ID to attend the course at the scheduled time.
To view or download a recorded session:
- Go to rwa.webex.com or copy and paste the link into your browser.
- On the Welcome screen, select Training Center from the top menu bar.
- From the menu on the left, find Attend a Session and expand the menu if necessary, then select Recorded Sessions.
- Select a topic to read a brief description of the session, or click the View or Download buttons to begin immediately.
View will stream the session right to your computer. Viewis recommended when you don’t want to wait for a large file to download, but you will only be able to navigate within the session as far as the live streaming feed will allow you.
Download will allow you to save the recorded session to your PC or a network drive. Download is recommended when you want to share the session with others in your organization, and you don’t mind saving a large file. You will also need to download the WebEx ARF player in order to playback the recording. Download ARF player.
- You will need to provide the password you received in order to View or Download, and registration information (Name, Firm Name, etc.) is also required.
