This program focuses on creating targeted, meaningful information that addresses clients' key business questions. Participants will work closely with Redwood consultants in a tailored curriculum that builds on Redwood Fundamentals and applies Redwood's analytic approach
- Redwood Fundamentals for Marketers
Redwood offers a fundamentals curriculum specifically tailored for marketing professionals. The course provides participants with the knowledge base to identify relevant client trends and opportunities across clients and practice groups. Using Redwood BI software as well as Redwood’s Analytic Library, participants learn methods to manage clients through their life cycle.
- Mastering Law Firm Analysis
Redwood Consultants work in an intimate, interactive setting with firm personnel to develop their analytic skills. Opportunity identification, communicating analytic results, and application to real-world business issues are addressed in this intensive 2-day course.
- Analytic Workshops
The Analytic Workshops build upon the foundations of Redwood Fundamentals through the specific application of Redwood's tools in a one-day, hands-on workshop.
