The LexisNexis Rule of Law Resource Center is proud to partner with the Due Process of Law Foundation and  to present our visitors with many of the fine studies and offerings of the Foundation either in Spanish, English, or where available, both languages.  The Foundation's efforts bring together the leading judges, jurists, and rule of law activists concerned about the reform and modernization of Latin America's national judicial systems to reflect the rule of law and respect for human rights.  Founded by Prof., now Justice, Thomas Buergenthal and his former colleagues on the UN Truth Commission for El Salvador, the Foundation's efforts focus on judicial accountability and transparency, equal access to justice and international justice.
