Global law firm White & Case LLP is bolstering its Asian finance and restructuring capabilities with the transfer of London partner Kate Allchurch to Singapore.
Allchurch, who joined White & Case in 2000, is a highly respected bank finance partner with a broad background in all aspects of bank finance. Her areas of expertise include leveraged finance, debt restructurings, debt buy-backs, telecoms finance, and the secondary debt markets.
"This move is part of the Firm's long-standing strategy to create a full-service finance and restructuring Practice in Asia," said Barrye Wall, White & Case partner and regional section head for Asia.
